Since the beginning they have focused on utilising the talents of their local engineers to maintain the quality of the wheels at every stage of the manufacturing process. To ensure a precise final product that made to client’s specifications and personal taste, each wheel set goes through a meticulous design and engineering process. Each wheel set undergoes a full Finite Element Analysis (FEA) taking into account curb weight, dynamic cornering fatigue, dynamic radial fatigue and simulated impact testing according to SAE, JWL and VIA standards. Once completed and verified by Brixton’s Engineers, the final model is sent to programming for lathe profiling and milling operations.
