With a few extra Nm of torque, the 2019 EcoBoost was even better to drive but just marginally faster than the 2015 to 2018 model. In 2019, Ford introduced the HPP (High-Performance Package) but only for US spec models. It included limited-slip-differential, strut tower brace (which none of Australian-spec cars didn't have), heavy-duty front springs and suspension modifications, along with the new engine tune, which resulted in 350 hp output and significantly better handling dynamics. Also, American EcoBoost Mustangs with High-Performance Package could reach 100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds. Unfortunately, Ford never offered this option to Australian buyers, but it set the template for many enthusiastic owners wanting to upgrade their EcoBoost Mustangs. 

The 2019 EcoBoost Mustang started at $49,990 for a 6-speed manual in coupe form. However, the convertible version (only available with automatic) was priced at $59,990 and still presented excellent value for the money due to a long list of standard features, competent Sync 3 infotainment system, including Apple Car Play Android Auto and so on.
